Do Not Stop Advocates For Alleged Traffic Violations- The Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association recently had a chat with the SSP over in Chandigarh, basically asking for some clear instructions to the police folks. They really stressed on not causing extra trouble for the lawyers who work smack within the High Court area. They’re saying, “Hey, let these legal eagles do their thing without getting hassled for random traffic stuff, especially before 11 in the morning and after 6 in the evening.”

They penned a proper letter to the SSP to point out how lawyers keep griping about getting stopped for no good reason. The Bar Members feel like they’re being pestered and bothered by these checks that seem unnecessary, all in the name of traffic rules.

The Bar Association really laid it out there, highlighting how these checks mess with the heads of these legal wizards. The officers doing traffic duty end up holding up the lawyers, making it tough for them to get to the High Court on time. Imagine, you’re all set to argue a case, and then boom! You’re stuck at a traffic stop.

They also made it clear that these lawyers need to hustle back to their offices after 4 PM to get ready for the next day’s legal showdowns. They want to make sure everyone knows how these folks play a crucial role in society and want to be able to do their jobs without unnecessary hurdles.

So, it’s basically a plea to let these legal champions do their thing without feeling like they’re being held back by unnecessary checks and stops. It’s all about making sure they can serve justice without being bothered too much on their way to do it.
